Welcome to the Llano County Public Policy Forum, a
non-partisan, non-profit, 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization who's purpose is to seek positive
solutions to public policy issues in Llano County, Texas. One way of
accomplishing this purpose is through the taking of public opinion polls
related to subjects of public policy interest in Llano County and discussed on
the various modules listed on the left-hand side of this page i.e. Local
Government; Llano ISD; Special Interests; and Public Interest
Laws. Information regarding LCPPF Meetings & Forums as well as community
resources is also available on the respective modules.

Citizen Alliance for Sexual Predator Educator Reform
(C.A.S.P.E.R.)
The
Llano County Public Policy Forum is
taking a pro-active stance in curbing the growing trend among sexual
predators in our public schools and has formed the
Citizen Alliance for Sexual Predator Educator Reform.
Although the problem is national, C.A.S.P.E.R. with concentrate its coverage
on the Llano Independent
School District and the Burnet Consolidated School District which overlaps
in to the northeast section of Llano County. Read more about it on the

The Llano County
Public Policy Forum proposes that the Llano ISD, Burnet CISD and the Marble
Falls ISD adopt a
Sexual Predator

of critical importance. You are encouraged to contact your legislatures and
express your views either in support or against pending legislation that
will affect your lives. Take a stand!
General Opinion Polls
For the first time in the history of Llano County a means of
obtaining an accurate assessment of the opinions of Llano citizens on
significant public policy issues is now available with anonymity assured,
immediate feedback of poll results and at no cost to the taxpayer.
The polls conducted are informal and non-scientific but do give one a sense
of community attitudes concerning vital issues. So have fun and cast your
vote today!
